NEW YORK, NY – Brean Capital, LLC, is pleased to announce that Tom Dooley and Nick Bicking have joined the Firm as Directors within the FIG Equity Sales and Trading Group.
Mr. Dooley and Mr. Bicking have a long history of serving community banks and their investors. They are both frequent speakers at industry events and spend time educating boards on how best to provide shareholder value and improve the liquidity for their institution’s stock. The team will also include Theresa Donahue and Angelo Marino and will be based in Ohio.

The addition of these two follows closely with the recent additions of Mike Godby and Shanon Chase in May, who were the last pieces of the institutional and retail sales team associated with Brean’s acquisition of the Equity, Sales and Trading business from Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC.
