NEW YORK, NY – Brean Capital, LLC announced the hiring of Mergers & Acquisitions veteran Gary McNorrill as Managing Director and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions in the investment banking division.
Prior to joining Brean, Gary was most recently a Managing Director at Performance Trust Capital Partners who acquired Banks Street Partners in 2019 where he was President and a partner of the firm. He has more than 17 years of investment banking experience predominately in financial services mergers and acquisitions, having begun his investment banking career at JPMorgan in 2005. Mr. McNorrill also practiced law in the Corporate Debt Finance group of Alston & Bird for three years before making the transition to investment banking.

Gary will work with Brean’s financial services clients throughout the U.S. and split time between our Charlotte and New York offices.
